Madoc doors are made from melamine faced chipboard (MFC). They are an 18mm thick, flat slab door with a vertical wood grain effect and lifelike structure finish on the front and back.

The edges of the door are finished with a matching 1mm ABS edge, which is a robust, quality plastic. ABS is highly resistant to scratches and aging. The ABS is edged, or attached, to the door with PUR technology, making the glue seal waterproof and providing an invisible joint.
